CUSTOMIZATION :

your house may have the same floorplan or appearance as someone else's home, but it shouldn't have the same furnishings! each home is unique, and you should keep it that way. see below for customization rules.

FURNISHING RULES :

• a starter home comes with a randomly-selected set of furniture that you can arrange as you see fit. to buy more furniture, you must spend your money at the furniture store in town.
  
• sometimes, random giveaways of expensive or exclusive furnishings are issued in the c-box. it's always a good idea to see when such events happen!
  
• have fun with your new furniture! :D

HOUSE ADD - ONS :

sometimes, you might not care about the interior of your home, but rather, the exterior. you know... curb appeal? see below for a list of house extensions and how you can obtain them.

OBTAINING ADD - ONS :

• to obtain an add-on, you must buy it from either the hardware store or construction crew.
  
• it takes about five days to complete a house add-on. once it is completed, it is permanent unless you want the construction crew to knock it off.
  
• add-ons are expensive, but they too can be given away free in the c-box. they are of rarer occurence, but they do happen!
